Great to meet you!

You might be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating grief, or going through a season of life that feels heavier than expected. At times, it can feel like you’re carrying everything on your own—trying to stay on track while internally feeling stuck, uncertain, or drained. Whether you’re facing a difficult transition or simply need a space to reset and refocus, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy can be a place where you feel supported, grounded, and able to move forward with greater clarity.

My approach to therapy

I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors in individual therapy, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, identity-related challenges, maternal mental health, and LGBTQIA+ experiences. My approach is collaborative and empowering, grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own life. I draw from evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Gestalt therapy, and strength-based approaches to help you build practical tools and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is supportive, collaborative, and focused on real-life growth. I provide a space where you can feel heard, respected, and understood, while also gaining insight into patterns and developing strategies that support your day-to-day life. Our work together is tailored to your needs and goals, with the aim of helping you feel more balanced, confident, and empowered as you move forward.
