Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I understand what it feels like to want change and not know where to start. My work is grounded in compassion and the belief that healing happens when you feel seen, supported, and understood. I have over 11 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and life transitions.

I hold Master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy from Liberty University and have worked across inpatient, outpatient, and intensive outpatient settings. I primarily work with adults and young adults, as well as couples and families, focusing on building coping skills, improving relationships, and increasing emotional stability.

In therapy with me, you can expect a supportive and collaborative space where we make sense of your experiences and develop practical tools to help you move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting individuals who feel ready to make meaningful changes and get their lives back on track. Many of my clients come from environments where emotional safety or stability wasn’t consistently present. I help clients understand patterns shaped by past experiences, process the impact of trauma, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

My approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and relational techniques. I balance empathy with practical guidance, helping clients build coping skills, gain insight, and create lasting change in their daily lives and relationships.

I believe therapy is about increasing self-awareness and learning how to show up differently—with more clarity, confidence, and intention. Together, we focus on helping you feel more grounded, emotionally stable, and aligned with the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and judgment-free space where we begin getting to know one another. I’ll ask questions to understand your history, current concerns, strengths, and goals so I can fully support your therapeutic journey. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, clarify what you hope to gain from therapy, and begin building a treatment plan that aligns with your needs. My goal for the first session is for you to feel heard, understood, and confident that you’re not navigating this process alone.
