Great to meet you!
I became a therapist because I understand what it feels like to want change and not know where to start. My work is grounded in compassion and the belief that healing happens when you feel seen, supported, and understood. I have over 11 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and life transitions.
I hold Master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy from Liberty University and have worked across inpatient, outpatient, and intensive outpatient settings. I primarily work with adults and young adults, as well as couples and families, focusing on building coping skills, improving relationships, and increasing emotional stability.
In therapy with me, you can expect a supportive and collaborative space where we make sense of your experiences and develop practical tools to help you move forward with confidence.
