Great to meet you!

I know how easy it can be to get used to carrying everything on your own, especially when life keeps moving whether you’re ready or not. I enjoy working with adults, college students, veterans, service members, and members of the BIPOC community who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, relationship issues, self-doubt, or simply trying to figure life out. As a veteran myself, I bring both professional experience and an understanding of how our experiences can shape the way we move through the world. You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy, and you don’t have to carry everything alone.

My approach to therapy

I want therapy to feel like a space where you can actually be yourself. You’re the expert on your life, and I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to help you sort through what feels heavy, understand yourself a little better, and figure out what moving forward looks like for you. We’ll take it one step at a time.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really just about getting to know you and what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what’s been weighing on you, and what you’d like to get out of therapy. You don’t have to know exactly where to start or have the perfect words for everything. Just come as you are, and we’ll start there.
