Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! This is your first step in finding the right provider for you! I have a unique professional journey that has fueled my passion for women’s mental health, with a special focus on reproductive and fertility-related care. I worked as a nurse for 16 years, including in the hospital as a mom/baby nurse and as an IVF Nurse Coordinator at a world-renowned reproductive center. Through my work with fertility patients, I became increasingly aware of the emotional and mental health challenges many women experience during their fertility journeys, which fueled me to continue my education to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is centered around your unique life experiences! I am an advocate of providing compassionate, individualized mental health care and supporting women through the many paths to motherhood and overall wellness. I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their care. Whether you need some support in fertility coaching, medication management for depression and anxiety, or finding a treatment plan for coping with the mental challenges of pregnancy and postpartum, I am here to help find a solution.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we will take time for you to tell your story, share your goals, and discuss how I can help you achieve them. I want you to feel comfortable being vulnerable so we can work together to find solutions. I embrace holistic options as well as traditional medication therapy. We will tailor your treatment plan to what feels right for you!
