Great to meet you!

I have my Master's in Somatic Psychotherapy with a concentration in Dance/Movement Therapy from Naropa University in 2024. As a queer and neurodivergent therapist, I value creating an affirming, collaborative space where clients can show up as their full selves. I believe that many of our deepest experiences, emotions, and needs are communicated through the body, often before they can be expressed in words.

My approach to therapy

My work integrates dance/movement therapy, somatic awareness, play, art, and creative expression to help clients better understand their behaviors, emotions, and internal experiences. Across all ages, I believe that curiosity, creativity, and authentic connection can open pathways toward healing and growth. At the heart of my practice is the belief that connection is one of the most important elements of therapy.

What you can expect from me

I think therapy should be a soft place for you to land. I hope our therapeutic relationship can be build on trust in order to support your growth in goals we co-create together. I offer compassion, curiosity, hope, and a regulated presence to support you until you can access those resources within yourself.
