Great to meet you!

I am in the helping profession to use my wisdom, talents, experiences, and education to help guide you so you can get to where you want to be. I am empathetic, compassionate, present, direct, and sometimes witty!

I was born to do the work I do! I seek and find my work/life balance by enjoying travel, cooking, light gardening, maintaining meaningful connections with those I love, hiking, and reading.

My approach to therapy

You already have everything you need within you. Wherever you are is where we will begin.

My professional experience comes from working in the ER; inpatient treatment centers with residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. I have experience with treating complex trauma; grief & loss, relationship issues, substance abuse, co-dependency, family dynamics, interpersonal struggles, anxiety, depression, bi-polar, and schizophrenia.

What you can expect from me

On the Enneagram, I am a Giver/Helper. My priority is to show you how to give to yourself. Your level of change will be proportionate to your level of self-giving. I will offer you hope and help you develop your strengths to change the things you can. I ask that you bring your courage to each session (I’ll help you find it!). And, I ask that you be open to trusting the process. You can learn to navigate with courage, grace, and a stronger sense of love for self.
