Great to meet you!

I have been working in mental health since 2017, working with children with autism. I graduated from the University of Virginia in 2017 and graduated from the Counselor Education Master's program at Virginia Tech in 2019. I have experience providing therapy to children, college aged adults, older adults in a variety of settings.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I practice from a strengths based and cognitive behavioral theoretical lens. I believe it is important to work together to make positive changes and accomplish your goals. I will be by your side as you embark your therapeutic journey.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to find a balance of support while also being challenged in session. We will work collaboratively to accomplish your goals. There will also be an emphasis on taking what you got out of therapy and applying it to your day to day life.
