I have experience providing therapy to children, college aged adults, older adults in a variety of settings.

My approach to therapy

I practice from a strengths based and cognitive behavioral theoretical lens. I believe it is important to work together to make positive changes and accomplish your goals. I will be by your side as you embark your therapeutic journey.
