Great to meet you!

As a psychotherapist, I believe prioritizing mental health and spirituality as key to joy, peace and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been practicing for 18 years, but in the last decade, have shifted my main focus to college-age (18+) and young adults, middle-aged adults grappling with counter-productive habits, perplexed over sexual identity, and dealing with grief and loss.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

In the work together, an integrative approach is taken, drawing on various modalities to tailor sessions to your unique needs and goals. You can expect an empathetic listener, offering opportunities for reflection and working collaboratively with you to set meaningful treatment goals and track your progress.
