A bit about my approach to therapy

I am here to help you navigate the rough waters that life can throw us into. I strive to build a working relationship with each client I serve to better understand their needs as well as help each person to build a deeper understanding of themselves. I will support you in finding healthy ways to build relationships and cope with issues such as depression and anxiety.

What you can expect from our first session

When you are in emotional pain, life can be difficult to manage. It becomes harder to juggle everyday stresses, nurture our relationships, and feel good about our lives. My goal is to help you feel confident and competent to handle the stresses in your life. Don’t let feelings of worry or doubt keep you from living the life that you deserve.
