I work most often with people experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma. I will support and guide you in taking steady steps toward improving distress and painful symptoms. I have been working in mental health agencies since 2003 and earned a Master’s degree in Psychology with a marriage and family emphasis from Chapman University in 2005.

I use compassion, humor, creativity, respectful communication, and interventions from Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you reach your personal therapy goals.
