Great to meet you!

My life experiences brought me into this field and deeply inform my work with clients. I truly "get it," and helping people reach their goals is my passion.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I partner with you in a nonjudgmental, compassionate, and calming space to create a customized plan for you to reach your goals. I ask questions that help you find your own solutions, and if needed, I guide you through processing and resolving past adverse events that may feel stuck. Sessions may include deep breathing, muscle relaxation, self-compassion, mindfulness, visualization, and grounding. I help you develop a proactive practice of mental self-care and wellness.

What you can expect from our first session

Clarity, calmness, resolution, and a sense of well-being!
