Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 7 years of experience providing therapy in community-based, outpatient, and academic settings. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I have experience supporting clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns like overthinking or people-pleasing. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you gain clarity, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical, compassionate, and tailored to your needs. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and shift unhelpful thought and behavior patterns. I also incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support values-based living, psychological flexibility, and deeper self-understanding. Together, we focus on reducing stress, improving communication, and helping you make choices that feel aligned with who you are and what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you—what’s been weighing on you, what brought you to therapy, and what you’d like to change or improve. You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly at your own pace. We’ll begin identifying goals and discussing a path forward so you leave with a clearer sense of direction and next steps.
