Great to meet you!

When you've been carrying stress, anxiety, grief, or difficult emotions for so long that they begin to affect every part of your life, it's easy to forget what it feels like to simply breathe. You may be doing everything you can to hold things together while quietly feeling overwhelmed inside. You deserve a space where you don't have to carry that weight alone. I provide virtual therapy for adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout Texas, helping people navigate anxiety, depression, anger management, and grief and loss while also supporting relationship challenges, family stress, and the emotional demands of life's transitions. With six years of clinical experience, my goal is to help you feel understood, recognize your strengths, and develop practical tools that create lasting emotional wellbeing.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change happens when therapy feels both supportive and practical. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences contributing to your current challenges while identifying realistic strategies you can begin using in your everyday life. You may have come to therapy because anxiety, depression, grief, or anger have become difficult to manage, only to realize those experiences are affecting your relationships, family life, confidence, and ability to enjoy the things that once felt important. These challenges often overlap rather than exist on their own, and understanding those connections helps us create lasting change instead of temporary relief. Depending on your goals, I may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help reshape unhelpful thought patterns, Solution Focused Brief Therapy to identify practical next steps, Positive Psychology to build on your strengths, Existential Therapy to explore meaning and purpose, Narrative Therapy to help reframe your personal story, Gottman Method techniques to strengthen relationships, Bowen Family Systems Theory to better understand family dynamics, and Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy when it best supports your needs.

What you can expect from me

You don't have to know exactly where to begin before coming to therapy. During our first few sessions, we'll take time to understand what's bringing you in, explore the challenges that matter most to you, and create goals that feel realistic, meaningful, and achievable. As we continue working together, you'll have a compassionate space where you can process difficult emotions, celebrate progress, and build practical skills that help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. My hope is that you'll leave therapy feeling more hopeful, emotionally grounded, and equipped with tools that continue supporting you long after each session. Whenever you're ready, I'd be honored to support you on your journey.
