Great to meet you!

I have approximately 37 years of experience in the field and a breadth of experience. I use a lot of humor during sessions, so if you want to get a lot out of therapy and enjoy your sessions, I might be the therapist for you.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use a trauma-informed approach. I specialize in addressing childhood abuse, sexual trauma, and how those experiences affect you today. I am trained and experienced with a variety of modalities for addressing most mental health issues people experience.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a collaboration between the therapist and the patient. While I may be an expert on mental health, you are the expert on you. I will help you to address the issues you would like to discuss, and help you understand those issues in a full and meaningful way.
