Great to meet you!

Many of the men I work with feel cut off from their emotions, weighed down by anxiety, and uncertain about how to manage stress at work or at home. Together, we uncover what’s getting in the way, rebuild connection to self, and cultivate the tools needed for healthier relationships and a more balanced, rewarding life.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is relaxed, down-to-earth, and centered on genuine connection. I believe healing happens best in an environment that feels comfortable, conversational, and free of judgment or pretense. Clients often find that this approachable style helps them open up more easily and make meaningful, lasting progress.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will identify goals and get to know you and your background thoroughly. From there, we will work towards your goals using a combination of insight and tangible skills.
