Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and respect. I work with diverse populations and strive to create a welcoming, inclusive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe that healing begins in a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their experiences, build on their strengths, and move toward meaningful change. My goal is to empower clients to develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence as they work toward their personal goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and culturally responsive. I believe each person brings unique strengths, experiences, and perspectives to the therapeutic process. I work alongside clients to identify their goals, increase insight, and develop practical tools to manage life's challenges. I strive to meet clients where they are, creating a supportive environment that fosters growth, healing, and lasting change. My practice is grounded in empathy, respect, and the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth and resilience.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a supportive and welcoming environment where they can begin sharing their story at their own pace. We will discuss the concerns that brought them to therapy, explore their goals, and review relevant personal, social, and emotional history. The first session is also an opportunity for clients to ask questions, learn about the therapeutic process, and determine whether the therapeutic relationship feels like a good fit. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable, understood, and confident as we begin working together.
