Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in helping adults and athletes navigate anxiety, performance-related stress, life transitions, and burnout. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to support meaningful, lasting change.

I work with individuals who are driven, high-achieving, or under constant pressure, whether that shows up in sports, work, or daily life. Therapy can be a space to slow down, regain focus, and build tools to manage stress, confidence, and expectations more effectively.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and practical. I blend warmth with structure, focusing on skills and strategies you can apply both in and out of session. When working with athletes, I often address performance anxiety, mindset, emotional regulation, and the balance between achievement and well-being.

Drawing from my experience in community mental health and private practice, I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where therapy is tailored to your goals, values, and unique challenges.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you want to work toward. We’ll discuss current stressors, identify initial goals, and explore how therapy can support both your mental health and performance.

You can expect a calm, supportive conversation with no pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is for you to leave feeling understood, grounded, and clear about next steps.
