I understand that no two people are the same, and our work will be uniquely tailored to you. My approach is you centered, and unlike most talk therapy in that it is change focused and not problem focused. I am a Solution Focused Brief Therapy counselor.

As a 2010 Master of Divinity in Counseling graduate of Ashland Theological Seminary, and a past Chaplain, I have worked with many different people and families in difficult crisis situations. I have the experience to help you.
