Great to meet you!

I understand first hand the transformative power of trauma therapy. My journey into this profession began with a deep personal commitment to understanding & healing from trauma, which has shaped my approach to helping others navigate similar challenges. I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complex terrain of trauma recovery. As an LPC specializing in trauma, I bring over 10 years of experience in supporting individuals through their trauma recovery journeys.

My approach to therapy

I trained extensively in trauma-informed modalities such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, A.RT (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), RTM Protocol & hypnosis recognizing their profound impact on healing trauma's deep wounds. I honed my skills in supporting individuals through the complexities of trauma recovery. Each client brings a unique narrative and set of challenges, and I am dedicated to tailoring my approach to meet their individual needs.

What you can expect from me

Beyond my professional credentials, my commitment to trauma therapy stems from a deeply personal place. I understand the courage it takes to confront & heal from trauma.
