Great to meet you!

I work with children, teens, and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or unsure how to move forward. Many of the people I support are dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, emotional difficulties, low self-esteem, or challenges connected to school, work, family, or relationships. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and better able to understand what you are going through.

My approach to therapy

I focus on helping clients build coping skills, strengthen emotional awareness, and create practical strategies that support lasting growth and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy is client centered and solution focused. I like to meet my clients where they are and make sure they understand my goal is to help them find the best way to navigate whatever situation they’re currently going through. I have experience working with clients that have struggled with depression, anxiety, self harm, suicidal ideation, and low self esteem to name a few.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to be fully heard and have my undivided attention as well as getting to know me and how I approach sessions. Building rapport is high priority and I think it is the foundation of how the rest of our therapeutic relationship will be.
