Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia with more than 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, and older adults facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, parenting concerns, ADHD, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD). While I value working with diverse populations, my primary focus is helping men ages 13 to 65 navigate life's challenges, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, finding purpose, emotional regulation, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I understand that many men have been taught to carry their burdens in silence. My goal is to provide a space where you can be authentic without fear of judgment—a place where vulnerability is viewed as a strength and personal growth is possible. I believe healing begins with a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and authenticity. My counseling style is warm, engaging, practical, and collaborative, and I strive to meet each client where they are while helping them build the confidence and skills to move forward.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, explore your personal history, and talk about what you hope to achieve. There is never any pressure to share more than you're comfortable with. By the end of our first meeting, we'll identify initial goals and develop a plan that supports your journey toward healing, resilience, and personal growth.
