Great to meet you!

My strengths are working with BIPOC and highly sensitive persons (HSP) who experience depression, oppression trauma, grief and loss, generational/ancestral trauma, and relationship difficulties. I strive to provide customized holistic services to meet your individual therapeutic needs and work collaboratively to meet your personal growth and healing goals. I am fat-positive, Health at Every Size (HAES) aware, and LGBTQ+-affirming.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a "deep diver" meaning I have a natural capacity for emotional depth. I provide reflection, education, and inquiry. My favorite approaches include inner-child work, shadow work, and attachment theory. In working with me, you will find a space where difficult emotions and traumatic experiences are held with respect and non-judgment

What you can expect from our first session

Should my style of therapy align with you, you may find more connection with you own timing, develop a deeper witness to your healing process, and develop a compassionate and loving relationship with yourself.
