My desire is to help you feel better soon. It is an honor to serve my clients by offering them compassionate care while not forgetting the goal of therapeutic change. I am a warm and accepting counselor who brings wisdom, security, and professionalism into the counseling room. I have experience working with many populations, including children, adolescents, and couples. I am comfortable working with all ages, stages, and phases of life.

My approach is person-centered and holistic, which means that I look at the whole person: their environment, relationships, and the connection between body, mind, and soul.

We will get to know each other and develop a trusting relationship where we can devise goals and a plan for treatment and recovery in safety.
