Great to meet you!

I bring over 25 years of experience to our counseling relationship and have worked with a variety of emotional and mental health issues. Relationships are central to our life, they bring us great joy when one is in harmony with another and deep frustration and pain when one is not. The relationship one has with oneself is perhaps the most important and learning to treat yourself with love, compassion and dignity improves your life. I help clients to find deeper meaning in life and greater satisfaction in their daily living.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is eclectic and shaped around the needs of my client. My goal is to create a safe non-judgmental space; a space where my client feels acceptance, understanding and respect. Once these elements are in place, the client creates their goals and we work together for optimum emotional and mental wellness.

What you can expect from me

My clients leave their sessions with an understanding that they are no longer alone in their journey. Together we plan, problem solve and create solutions for the issues people face. My clients are empowered to grow, develop and become the individual they wish to be.
