Great to meet you!

When anxiety, depression, trauma, or overwhelming emotions begin affecting daily life, it can feel exhausting trying to navigate everything on your own. I work with children, adolescents, adults, seniors, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, and anger management concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward after difficult experiences. Whether you're coping with painful memories, relationship challenges, mood changes, or life stressors, therapy can provide a safe and supportive space for healing. My goal is to help you better understand what you're experiencing, strengthen your coping skills, and create meaningful change that supports the life you want to live.

My approach to therapy

I believe you are the expert on your own life, and therapy should be a collaborative process built on trust, compassion, and respect. My approach is warm, empowering, and evidence based, creating a space where clients feel comfortable exploring difficult emotions and experiences at their own pace. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Somatic approaches, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Gottman Method principles to support lasting healing and growth. Together, we may explore anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, PTSD, panic symptoms, grief, family challenges, women's issues, maternal mental health concerns, and relationship difficulties. Therapy is tailored to your goals while helping you build practical coping skills, process painful experiences, and move toward greater emotional balance and wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where you feel heard and supported throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where we can explore your goals, better understand what is contributing to your struggles, and work together to create meaningful change. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping strategies, increased confidence, stronger relationships, and a clearer understanding of yourself and your experiences. Whether you're healing from trauma, managing anxiety or depression, or working through life transitions, my goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and hopeful about the future.
