Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is "Marty" Ferraioli, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Virginia. If you're struggling with relationship issues, symptoms of ADHD, Trauma, Anxiety, or Depression, reach out to see how we can partner together toward your wellness goals.

I am a therapist who has worked closely with individuals to reduce symptoms. My clients learn skills from the very first session to address symptoms related to relationship stressors, ADHD, anxiety/depression, parenting, and life transitions. I believe in providing my clients with a compassionate and safe environment to make progress toward reducing symptoms, setting small tangible goals and to move toward optimal wellness.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapy is an opportunity for self-exploration. There are no “quick fixes,” miracle cures, or guarantees of desired resolution. At times in the therapeutic environment, you may experience uncomfortable levels of sadness, anxiety, guilt, anger, or other emotions. While I cannot do the work for you, I will be with you every step, offering a safe space, free of judgment, where you can freely express your thoughts and emotions. My clients find that I am responsive and genuinely care about their progress.

What you can expect from our first session

During our first session, we will gather background information and review treatment goals and expectations for therapy. Together, we will dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
