Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Martha Garcia-Enright and I am an LMFT providing care in the state of California. I have over a decade of experience working with diverse populations in various settings ranging from outpatient mental health care to crisis residential treatment. I help clients through difficult times and life transitions to empower them to live their lives to the fullest with the tools necessary to overcome future obstacles or barriers.

As a mother of two beautiful girls, I have a strong passion to assist mothers in their journeys. So many transitions are happening to women in the journey of motherhood, and not enough support is offered or available to us in these times. I am focused on helping you through any part of your motherhood journey, and being a safe place for you to explore your current issues. I want to empower you to be the best version of yourself, with the overall goal of gaining hope and confidence to improve your quality of life.

My approach to therapy

I provide a nonjudgmental, safe space where we can explore how to best support you in this moment and help you move toward where you want to be. My goal is to meet you with understanding and respect, while creating an environment where you feel comfortable being open and honest.

I focus on empowering you with practical skills and tools that not only help you navigate current challenges, but also support you in managing future stressors with greater confidence and resilience.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, I will focus on getting to know you and understanding your reasons for seeking therapy. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to learn more about your experiences, where you’ve been in your therapy journey, and where you would like to go. This helps us begin identifying how we can best support you in this moment.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and building a strong, trusting rapport is an essential part of that. Together, we will begin laying the foundation for our work, with the goal of creating a supportive partnership that helps you move toward your goals in a meaningful and sustainable way.
