Great to meet you!

I am a therapist with a Masters in Social Work from California State University, Sacramento.

I have worked with children, teens, families and adults for over 10 years. I specialize in trauma-focused care, while I have also helped with many life challenges and mental health needs.

I help people deal with life when it feels like a roller coaster, where there are ups & downs, sudden twists & turns and constant turbulence. I can help you cope with the ride, give you reassurance and help build a bridge to help you access what you need. I will eventually challenge you to steer the ride without me to ensure you can live your life independently.

My approach to therapy

I weave an eclectic approach to help you become more self-aware of your strengths and challenges, work on empowering positive change, look at your successes and build momentum towards your goals. I'm here to empower you to overcome whatever may be holding you back.

Client's have seen me as being real, humorous, empathetic and transparent as they work towards real growth. I understand what it feels like to deal with my own lived experience. Your growth will help you keep moving forward and thriving as you are living your best life!

What you can expect from me

I provide a safe laid back space with no judgement so you can be yourself, let go and clear your head, feel relaxed, and feel heard. My goal is to be a supportive partner for the ride to give you a sense of relief, celebrate the journey and instill hope for figuring out your next move.
