Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health clinician with a background in counseling and experience supporting adults navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, and emotional overwhelm. I earned my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy and have worked in a variety of settings, including school and outpatient mental health environments.

I strive to create a space that feels supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental, where clients can explore their experiences at a pace that feels right for them. I work with individuals who may feel stuck, burned out, or unsure of how to move forward, and I value collaboration, curiosity, and openness in the therapeutic process.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and insight-oriented, with an emphasis on helping clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns of behavior. I integrate evidence-based strategies while also prioritizing the therapeutic relationship and creating a space where clients feel heard and understood.

Therapy with me is not about having all the answers right away, but about developing greater awareness, building coping skills, and making thoughtful, sustainable changes over time. I tailor my approach to each individual, recognizing that everyone’s experiences and goals are unique.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, supportive working relationship. We’ll spend time discussing what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

I’ll also ask some background questions to better understand your experiences, and we’ll review logistics such as confidentiality, goals, and next steps. There is no pressure to share everything at once, the first session moves at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of how therapy can be helpful.
