Great to meet you!

Welcome to the journey of self-exploration and emotional growth! I am a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Psychologist who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families.

I earned her B.S. from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and both my M.A. and Ph.D. from the California School of Professional Psychology - Los Angeles. I also earned an Executive Healthcare Leadership Certificate and Diversity and Inclusion Certificate, both from from Cornell University.

My approach to therapy

I believe that when one person is struggling, it not only impacts the individual but those around them. I strive to help you grow as an individual while strengthening intimacy and closeness with others. I use a strength-based approach to help you identify your personal goals, achieve self-awareness, and make the changes you feel are necessary. I believes therapy is a collaborative process to help you better understand yourself and find the best version of you.

What you can expect from me

I want clients to understand they have the skills they need to create change, sometimes we just need a little guidance or help identifying them.
