Great to meet you!

I have been a practicing therapist and supervisor to therapist for 25 and 17 years respectively. I enjoy empowering others to reach their goals and maximize their satisfaction on this sometimes bumpy journey we call life. I utilize a combination of CBT, MI and gestalt and existential based interventions in my remote practice and practice Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy in person on the weekends.

My approach to therapy

I believe in collaboration and a person centered approach to therapy. I also believe in working through the relationship, hence my tendency to lean towards gestalt and existential based approaches. I am a big fan of Brene Brown's work, and in that there is great strength and courage in vulnerability.

What you can expect from me

I pride myself in constantly endeavoring to be a fierce advocate for my clients, and in helping them feel heard and respected to promote greater confidence and enhance feelings of self worth.
