Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 10 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges. My background includes extensive work in both clinical and school settings, supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, social difficulties, family changes, and major life transitions. I believe that every person has unique strengths and resilience, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and valued. My goal is to meet you where you are and build a genuine, trusting relationship that supports meaningful growth and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based strategies, I help clients identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck and develop effective ways to respond to life's challenges. Together, we will build coping skills, strengthen problem-solving abilities, and increase psychological flexibility so you can manage difficult thoughts and emotions more effectively. Throughout our work, I focus on helping you build on your strengths, deepen self-understanding, and move toward a more meaningful, values-driven life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, relevant life experiences, and the goals you'd like to work toward. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what you hope to gain from therapy, and determine whether we feel like a good fit. My priority is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and supported as we begin developing a plan tailored to your needs and goals.
