Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certified, dedicated to helping adolescents and adults improve their mental health and overall well-being. I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy tailored to each person’s needs.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and mood disorders. I believe in a collaborative, nonjudgmental approach where clients are active partners in their care and treatment decisions.

With over 24 years of nursing experience, I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and supporting clients through every stage of their mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, evidence-based, and patient-centered. I work with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique symptoms, goals, and life circumstances.

I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy in a respectful and nonjudgmental environment. I focus on anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and mood disorders, with the goal of improving overall functioning and quality of life.

Clients are active partners in their care, and treatment decisions are made together to support long-term stability and well-being.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a thorough psychiatric evaluation in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. We will review symptoms, history, and current concerns to better understand your needs.

Together, we will discuss potential diagnoses and develop an initial treatment plan, which may include medication management, therapy recommendations, or other interventions.

My goal is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and informed, and to begin building a clear, collaborative path toward improved mental health and functioning.
