My name is Martha Meador and I am a licensed professional counselor with bachelor of Psychology and Master of Psychology degrees from Texas Wesleyan University. I have over 19 years working in the mental health field and am experienced in dealing with a verity of issues. My journey to my mental health career started many years ago from my own struggles with mental health issues as well as family mental health struggles.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to counseling others is based in person centered, empathetic and understanding in a non judgmental environment. I have experience and training in working with anxiety disorders, Bipolar disorder, relationship issues, career difficulties, self esteem issues, family relations and others.
