Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Martha. I am a bilingual therapist with a background in social work. I specialize in treating children (ages 6+), adolescents, adults, and elderly clients with a history of depression, anxiety, and neurodivergence. I offer PTSD treatment as an EMDR therapist in-training. I help clients who struggle with high-functioning behaviors such as perfectionism and people-pleasing, often untangling intergenerational trauma in the process. My clinical experience primarily comes from community mental health and psychiatric hospital settings.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I offer non-judgmental, empathic support to help you feel emotionally safe. I provide education and validation to help clients develop more insight. My playful personality is here to remind you that healing does not always have to be a sad, lonely, or painful process. We can make time for joy together, too.

What you can expect from me

My primary goal is to create a safe space for you, and I do this by meeting you where you're at in the healing process. Whether you arrive to your first session ready to tell me everything or struggling to find the words, we will figure out what you need together and start building our relationship there. Above all, I will remind you that you are not alone. Book with me through my calendar to schedule a session.
