Great to meet you!

I am a psychotherapist specializing in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, trauma‐informed care, religious trauma, leaving influential groups, and integrative mind–body approaches. My work focuses on helping clients identify and transform the recurring emotional and relational patterns that often stem from unresolved trauma or early life experiences. By combining insight‐oriented therapy with energy work and the grounding wisdom of nature, I support clients in accessing deeper self‐understanding and creating lasting internal change.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I use open dialogue, reflection, and pattern recognition to help you become more conscious of the themes shaping your life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your unique story. I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and safe — a place where meaningful healing and growth can unfold.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is designed to be gentle, grounding, and centered entirely around getting to know you — not just your struggles, but your story, your strengths, and what you’re hoping to change. We’ll begin by talking about what brought you in and what patterns or experiences you’ve been navigating. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you’re ready for. My role is to listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and start to understand the themes that may be shaping your life beneath the surface.

I’ll also explain how I work — including my psychodynamic approach, how I explore recurring patterns, and how modalities like energy work, or nature‐based practices may be incorporated if they feel right for you. You’ll have space to ask questions, express any concerns, and get a sense of whether this approach feels like a good fit.

Most importantly, you can expect a warm, calm, and non‐judgmental environment. My intention is for you to feel genuinely seen and safe from the very beginning. The first session is less about “fixing” anything and more about building a foundation of trust, clarity, and collaboration so we can move forward at a pace that honors your comfort and your goals.
