Great to meet you!

I am passionate about growth, vulnerability, and the radical self-acceptance of all our flaws. I have a heart for working with mothers as we navigate the identity, motherhood, womanhood, and all the things. I also focus on working with survivors and adolescents, helping them navigate life’s complexities with compassion and strength. I'm a social worker with over a decade of experience including being on the other side of the couch!

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic blend of therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I believe people have the innate power to grow and transform, and my role is an honor—to witness and support your journey toward healing and self-discovery. Together, we’ll create a safe, collaborative space where you can explore challenges, build resilience, and embrace your potential. My professional and lived experiences have taught me connecting with someone who understands can be life-changing.

What you can expect from me

A client once told me that working with me was like chisme with a purpose, and I’ve coined it. Therapy is about the trust we build and the goals we create together. As an immigrant, a first-generation professional, and a mother, I deeply relate to the courage it takes to seek help and the resilience required to keep moving forward. Whether you choose me as your therapist or not, I encourage you to reach out for support—because you deserve help and healing. Connecting with someone who understands can be life-changing, and if it’s not me, I still believe in your strength to take that step.
