A bit about my approach to therapy

We utilize screenings to arrive at a diagnosis and to guide treatment. We also evaluate clients to establish the root causes of a disorder. Besides medication and therapy, we recommend a holistic approach to managing mental health.

We are outstanding providers for depression, anxiety, bipolar, mood disorders, ADHD/ADD, OCD, PTSD, and insomnia. Our treatment approach includes natural interventions, medications, education, and trust in God. Children and adolescents are welcome

What you can expect from our first session
