My approach to therapy

We utilize screenings to arrive at a diagnosis and to guide treatment. We also evaluate clients to establish the root causes of a disorder. Besides medication and therapy, we recommend a holistic approach to managing mental health.

We are outstanding providers for depression, anxiety, bipolar, mood disorders, ADHD/ADD, OCD, PTSD, and insomnia. Our treatment approach includes natural interventions, medications, education, and trust in God. Children and adolescents are welcome

What you can expect from me

If you're struggling with any mental health disorder, Martha will walk with you to an abundant life that God intends for you. It is possible to reclaim and sustain a life filled with energy, joy, motivation, restful sleep, better concentration, rich relationships, and calmness. She believes God delights in giving us life in a more abundant way.
