Great to meet you!

Bilingual/ bicultural - My mission as a psychotherapist is to be a helping hand to those who want to overcome life’s challenges, heal past wounds, and break old patterns. This is accomplished by me helping them find the bridge to their inner strength, power, and wisdom, as well as their purpose and sense of life. This process is the foundation to become the best version of themselves and have a fulfilling and productive life.

I see therapy as an exceptional opportunity to have access to those answers by helping start the sacred journey of finding the bridge to reconnect with your inner self and your own wisdom by remembering and rediscovering your inner voice.

By being fully bicultural and bilingual, I have the ability to genuinely connect with people from very different backgrounds and belief systems, making them feel safe and at ease since the first session.

Furthermore, my double academic background/ experience allows me to bring a unique mix of skills from both an engineering and a psychology mindset that allows me to address every person’s situation from a purely holistic and completely different perspective than in traditional therapy.

My approach to therapy

With a holistic approach where mind, soul, and body are interconnected, my role in this process is to provide you with a safe space and appropriate skills to guide you while embarking on your own journey, going at your own pace. Therefore, through a client-centered approach, the therapy style for each client is unique, accommodated to each person's needs at their own pace.

What you can expect from me

Since the first session, through a warm and welcoming environment, the main goal is for the person to feel safe and confident to start his/her journey based on what she/feels safe and ready to start working on, without feeling judged. Both questions and expectations are always welcome and encouraged. Clients report feeling as talking to a best friend while leaving with something useful to process or to do until the next session.
