Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Doctorate in Psychology from UWG, and a Master’s/Specialist in Counseling from GSU. I have been working in the mental health field for over 15 years, and 11 years as an LPC. I am dedicated to providing high-quality therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I help people overcome various life challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship, and work-related issues. I have experience in addressing intense crises as well as daily stressors.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, accepting, and highly individualized. I strive to understand my clients' experiences fully and offer helpful resources tailored to their needs. My approach is strength-based and non-pathologizing. I use various modalities designed to resolve difficult emotions, calm the nervous system, develop coping skills, and promote well-being.

What you can expect from me

In a safe and confidential environment, we will formulate your personally meaningful goals and desired improvements. We will discuss the relevant context, background, and therapy plan. I will offer professional guidance, and clients are welcome to ask questions and voice preferences at any point during the sessions. As we tackle the challenges, you will start experiencing greater peace, improved relationships, and overall fulfilment.
