My name is Marthe Jacquet, I have been in the healthcare industry for over 20 years. I started as a Home Health Aid in 2005, and became a registered nurse in 2013 with an Associate Degree. I obtained my Bachelor Degree in 2016, my Master in Nursing Education in 2021, and now my Post-Master in Family Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am very passionate about providing care to individuals suffering from a wide range of mental illnesses.
Patient-centered care has been drilled in me throughout my education and my experiences working as a registered nurse. I plan to continue that practice while empowering my clients. I believe that in psychiatry, my number one collaborator is my client; therefore, the treatment needs to be tailored to meet my clients' needs, goals, and objectives.
Clients can expect a warm, caring, and therapeutic environment. I am also direct while providing a judgement-free atmosphere where clients can be free to be themselves.
