Great to meet you!

As a working mother, wife, sister, daughter, and friend, I understand the challenges women face balancing multiple roles while prioritizing self-care. I help clients create fulfilling lives, even amidst chaos. I believe everyone deserves to find happiness and life fulfillment. I guide clients toward that goal.

I completed my masters in school social work at the University of Illinois at Chicago. I practiced as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social worker in MA for 13 years. I have worked in homes, communities, schools, hospitals, psychiatric units, and outpatient offices with ages 0 to 99.

My approach to therapy

I meet clients where they are, providing education on evidence-based strategies to address symptoms and achieve goals. Utilizing motivational interviewing, solution-focused brief therapy, and cognitive behavioral approaches, I help clients gain skills and perspective to alleviate symptoms. I empower clients to make difficult decisions and take bold steps they may not have taken before.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect my genuine and honest approach. They will experience a judgment-free environment where they feel safe discussing any concerns. They will leave sessions with a better understanding of their symptoms and the knowledge that positive change is possible.
