Great to meet you!

As a psychotherapist, I have worked extensively with adults and adolescents for over 25 years addressing a range of issues including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship problems, substance use and academic underperformance.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Individual psychotherapy is an opportunity to learn about one's strengths, difficulties, and self. In the process, patterns are identified, and solutions are created. It is a unique forum offering safety, confidentiality, support, informed listening, and feedback.

What you can expect from our first session

For many patients, relief begins as soon they reach out and discuss their problems with and experienced clinician in an open, confidential and nonjudgemental setting. As we continue, therapy is your workshop to explore and address goals and concerns on a regular basis.
