I have been a clinical psychologist in California for many years. In addition to working with individual adults and couples, I have specialized in working with youth and their families. I have a master's in Education and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology.
My work with clients is a close partnership that develops practical solutions to their challenges. My orientation is primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy grounded in the realities of their living, working, and educational environments.
In the short term, clients can expect to gain a sense of normalization to the feelings they are having. In addition, clients will feel empowered to address their personal challenges. The focus is on the achievement of goals that bring their lives to a state of comfort and satisfaction.
