Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than twenty-five years of healthcare experience. I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and more. My years of caring for people during vulnerable and challenging times have shaped my compassionate, whole-person approach to mental health care. My goal is to provide a welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, nonjudgmental, and evidence-based. I believe effective psychiatric care starts with understanding you as a whole person, not simply treating a diagnosis or list of symptoms. Depending on your individual needs, treatment may include medication management, supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and practical strategies to help improve your overall well-being. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that reflects your needs, preferences, and goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you and understand what brings you to care. We will discuss your current concerns, symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, medications, life experiences, and treatment goals. I encourage questions and open conversation so that we can develop a plan you feel comfortable with. My goal is for you to leave your first visit feeling heard, supported, and confident that we have a clear path to help you build momentum and move forward.
