Great to meet you!

Hell, my name is Martin Guilfoy and I have over thirteen years of experience in the mental health field and specialize in anxiety, depression and stress management. My license is in addictions but I see patients with a range of different issues. I am trauma focused and EMDR certified. I believe a problem shared is a problem half solved and good therapist who listens can be an invaluable resource for people in crisis or who may be just looking for guidance and a professional and objectionable opinion.

My approach to therapy

I am patient centered and am trained in CBT, DBT, ACT and motivational interviewing.

What you can expect from me
