I work with adults of all ages & phases of life, supporting them to work with & through life challenges, relationships, transitions, addictions, depression, anxiety, & trauma. Often the most painful “symptoms” are actually protective resilient aspects of us that are outdated or out of balance with our life. It may be something deep within us trying to loudly get our attention that something is off & needs to change. Whatever drives you to show up for yourself & your life in this way...welcome! I have a beautiful office in downtown Santa Rosa, CA across from the square. I also provide telehealth. My private pay / out of pocket hourly rate is $205 individual / $220 couples. I also work with insurance providers listed below.
