Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed and Nationally Certified Mental Health Counselor and Clinically Certified Trauma Professional. I use specific Cognitive-Behavior and Psychodynamic Therapy strategies to manage and decrease daily stressors brought about by Anxiety and Depression, Relationship and/or Couple's Conflicts, Negative Self-Talk Loops, Low Self-Esteem, Gender and/or LGBTQ+ issues, and the challenges with complicated Life Changes and Life Transitions.

My approach to therapy

Our sessions are designed to create individual action plans to help make specific and positive changes to live a better life. I work with both individuals and couples and together we create plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

What you can expect from me

I help clients adjust their thoughts and behaviors, develop new insights, and create change. We work together through conversation and mutual understanding, often with humor, and always with compassion.
