Great to meet you!

Hi there, I'm Martin!

I am a trauma-informed therapist working with children, adolescents, and adults. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and family challenges. I also run a psychosocial group for teen males that enhances their ability to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to challenge negative thought patterns while incorporating a family-systems-based approach. This combination supports families and individuals through life transitions and developmental changes, helping you build healthier thinking and stronger relationships.

What you can expect from me

My approach is client-centered. I will meet you with empathy, open-mindedness, and unconditional positive regard. I am passionate about supporting you through challenges to experience healing and growth in your life.
