Great to meet you!

I Have experience working in a hospital setting (Northside Hospital) and in the community with a variation of age groups, cultures, adolescents, teenagers, seniors, and also accept patients from the LGBTQ community. I earned a PhD in Health Psychology and may use alternative approaches proven to be successful for may conditions. I also work with couples and families dealing with conflicts in their relationships. I believe that an awareness of "SELF" is very important in the therapy process.

My approach to therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a process, framework and style. I also use Self Psychology, concepts of self in a Psychoanalytic and Psychodynamic way in brief therapy.

What you can expect from me

A keener awareness of self, a change in thinking, feeling and behaving, another way of being
